All investor and firm data displayed on RaiseGraph is sourced from publicly available records, including SEC EDGAR filings, public corporate registries, and open-source databases. RaiseGraph does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or spam investors, to scrape or bulk-download data beyond API rate limits, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Limitation of Liability

RaiseGraph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
