We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company details) and usage data (pages visited, features used, search queries). If you call our phone line, an AI assistant answers and the call is transcribed and summarized so our team can follow up; our tech provider processes the call audio and transcript for us. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2. Public Data
Investor and firm profiles displayed on RaiseGraph are compiled from publicly available sources including SEC EDGAR filings, public corporate registries, and open-source databases. This data is publicly available and is not considered private information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, personalize investor matches, track outreach activity, and communicate important updates about your account.
Deck Studio
When you use Deck Studio, the website text, deck files, notes, sketch photos and interview answers you provide are processed by AI to write your deck. They are private to you and are not shared with investors unless you send your deck to them yourself; RaiseGraph never sends decks or messages to investors on your behalf. You can delete a deck at any time with “Delete my deck”, which also deletes its conversation and uploaded files. Drafts started without an account are deleted after 30 days.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HMAC-signed authentication tokens, and secure HTTPS connections. Pitch deck viewing is tracked. Files you upload are stored privately and are only readable by you through your account.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
